Pet & Animal Service Policy

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors, we ask that personal pets not be brought into Aspire Dermatology Offices.

Only trained and actively working service animals—as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)—are permitted inside. These animals must remain under control at all times and perform tasks directly related to their handler’s disability. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in clinical areas.

Aspire Dermatology is required to maintain an environment free of known hazards under OSHA’s General Duty Clause, which mandates providing a workplace and care environment that does not expose people to potential injury or illness. This includes minimizing risks associated with untrained animals in clinical settings.

This policy helps protect patients who may be immunocompromised, allergic, or fearful of animals.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our facility safe, sanitary, and accessible for everyone.
